Outpatient Service Time

1. Round-the-clock outpatient service.

2. Online reservation of registration available. Preferential treatment for online reserved registration.

3. Specialist service available from Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. 

4. Each specialist examines 20 patients registered in half a day.

5. Patients involved in free medical service, general healthcare program for major diseases and medical insurance program shall create a clinic medical record as an evidence for reimbursement of treatment, test and medicine expenses. Double prescription and double pricing for medicine applied.

6. Patients at ones’ own expenses and non-local patients shall create a clinic manual for the doctor to record the diagnosis and treatment process in details. 

7.  The clinic medical record and medical manual shall be created at the registration office.

8. Patients who have created the clinic medical record (or medical manual) must carry the registration certificate (or medical manual). If the registration certificate is lost, please apply for a new one.

9. After registration, please receive arrangement of medical service at the nurse station.

10. To protect the patients’ privacy, please line up outside the corresponding consulting room to wait for service.

11. Test reports can be paid directly; medicine shall be priced with the drug room, and paid at the charging office; reservation is needed for gastroscopy   and CT, then charges are paid.

12. The outpatient department provides drinking water and love-heart “biscuit”.

13. Washrooms are located at the first floor of the outpatient building and southeast outside the outpatient building. 

14. The outpatient building has a professor on-duty post to be responsible for reception, visit and other matters.
